istoreparts.com does not endorse, or recommend modifications of the vehicles for use in public highways, since warranty or government regulations may be violated. the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the use of performance parts for modifying is intended for off-road use and competition events only. The use of aftermarket related products that modifies emission control systems are not legal for sales or use in California for pollution controlled cars. these aftermarket products are sold "as-is" without warranty for any given reason. the buyer understands that istoreparts.com has no control over the installation, modification, or any other alteration. istoreparts.com will not be responsible for misuse, damage or harm that is caused by the owner of the vehicle. once the product has been sold to the buyer, the buyer takes full responsibility of the products purchased through istoreparts.com

Warranty

The buyer understands, there is no warranty for the misuse, damage, or abuse caused by the customer. only certain items may be covered under warranty and customer is responsible for checking with manufacturer or local laws for more information. If there is a defect on the item, please notify us or UPS right away. If you want to expect an exchange for the item, you will be given 14days to ship the damaged item back with detailed proof, if its shipped later than that period, we cannot expect them.  If your item is shipped back, and once we inspect the returned product, if however your item appears to be undamaged, not in defective condition, we will not cover shipping costs and their will be a 14% restocking fee.

International Orders (outside of U.S.)

We normally ship items outside of U.S. when the item is a fair enough size to ship. If the item is too big we will not recommend to purchase from us because of high shipping costs. If you wish to order smaller items we do offer shipping to other countries. When purchasing by credit card if your credit card does not verify we will request for the customer to somehow verify the address or we will be requesting to change payment to a bank wire transfer. Any orders over $500 US Dollars will generally require a bank wire transfer. If the customer has a credit card as the only method of payment, we will require additional form of identification, same billing address/shipping address, and possibly other information that may be requested.

Special Orders

istoreparts.com will require a 50% deposit of the merchandise that is being currently ordered. If the buyer decides to cancel the order before the arrival of the product, the deposit will be non-refundable. Our shipping arrivals of products are approximated, therefore we are not responsible for late shipments. The buyer is not given the opportunity to file a chargeback, discount in price, or any other change in pricing due to late shipment arrival or the failure for a late delivery of the product(s).

Price Match

iSTOREPARTS.COM will do its very best in either price matching with our competitors or beating their price to server our customers. Price matching is efficient because other shops may offer a good deal but may not have them in stock or possibly not have a good turn around time in getting them in stock as we would. Price Matching will normally be valid when the other shop lists their price as a regular sale price. The only times when we will most likely not price match is, if the item is on a special sale, inventory clearance, groupbuy, or if it is sold on ebay. However feel free to let us know and we will use our efforts in working with you.

Credit Card Fraud

    Any person who uses this site and purchases using a stolen credit card, or gives wrongful information will be considered fraudulent.  Any suspicions of credit card fraud can cause a delay on your order shipment. Such examples can be, high dollar amount, quicker delivery option, suspicious IP Address or email account. We will then require the following information:

• Name of the issuing bank

• Issuing bank card telephone number

• Contact from provided telephone number to customer.

• iSTOREPARTS.COM will have the issuing bank card contact the cardholder for verification

• Email will be dispatched to the provided email address

• Reverse IP Address check (if applicable)

    Any credit card fraud will be reported to local authorities, the IFCC aka IC3 a program enforced by the FBI, and a collection agency will be notified to take necessary action.

    Any denial of product receiving, having missing items or any other denies of not receiving items when iSTOREPARTS.COM is able to confirm is also considered fraud, and can be prosecuted to the fullest extent. iSTOREPARTS.COM assures to have quality shipping and handling with tracking number information, weight information at shipping locations to insure even a precise item count in the shipping. if however some kind of error has occurred, iSTOREPARTS.COM first has the matter investigated and thoroughly taken care of. Typographical Errors

istoreparts.com is not responsible for typographical errors. Since we are not perfect human beings, mistakes do happen. if you feel you are not sure of a price, information, images or anything you are unsure of, let us know. Prices are also subject to change without notice. Contact us before making an order before you make the purchase if you are unsure if you feel the product might have a typographical error; we will not be responsible if your order was placed and there happened to be an error.

All prices from istoreparts.com is subject to change without notice. Any images used on istoreparts.com may not be the actual image for the application the customer purchases. Under the Force Majeure rule, istoreparts.com as the seller, shall be excused from liability from any unusual delays, such as strikes, natural disasters, accidents, allocations controls, act of God, defaults of common carries including shortage of trucks or any other means of transportation, fuels, materials, labor, other cause beyond the seller's reasonable control or any other circumstances pertaining to loss or damage not similar in kind that is mentioned.
