Shipping
We ship everyday, Monday
thru Friday. Usually depending when you order, we normally ship the
following or same day after the customer has ordered. Keep in mind,
that we do backorders or out of stock items, and we notify customers right
away to let them know status. The average time of shipping is within 48hrs to process the order
until the product is shipped out unless if the item is out of stock. Shipping normally takes
about 5-14 business days. Any item that requires to go through a
freight trucking company will take an average of 14 business days. If the customer orders on a Saturday or Sunday, the
product will be shipped the following Monday. We can also do special
shipping if customer requests to have faster shipping, but however there
will be an extra fee to cover the shipping costs. We use UPS, USPS,
and company freight trucks for bigger shipments, such as body kits. Upon
request and if applicable, we can offer FedEx and DHL as well, but the
customer will need to notify us first. If by any chance you are located in the Southern California are
or willing to pick up the part yourself to save shipping fees, just
contact us and we can work something out. We will not ship to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO
unless it is being shipped by USPS. Shipping prices
depend on the location and shipping times when to have it delivered to the
certain destination. If shipped to a residential location, shipping prices
will vary if not shipped to a business location. Any items that include
shipping, it is strictly ups ground or usps priority. There is other
options available but the customer will pay for the shipping costs. If for any reason,
there is more than one product purchased, the shipping price will vary, so
be sure to include a note to correct the price of the shipping, therefore
shipping prices will be less costly. Please understand that any item that
is returned, whether from a wrong address, delay pick-up, or for any other
reason, the money will be credited back to you, minus the shipping cost,
the return and a restocking fee of 28%, otherwise the customer will be
notified of the situation before any matter is taken care of.
Damaged Product
We insure product safety, therefore we make sure the
item is packaged correctly and safe from any breakage or damage. Please be
advised, certain items are non-refundable. These items include JDM(Japanese Domestic Market) products, which are sold as-is
and Body Kits (bumpers, side skirts, hoods). Please
inspect products for agreeing or signing anything when receiving. This
will cause less stress upon both the customer and to the seller giving
conflicts if there happens to be item damage. If for any reason there
appears to be item damage on any items and was inspected before signing

Refunds
All merchandise of
istoreparts.com is sold as is. if your item was damage, shipped a wrong
item, or was missing an item,
istoreparts.com will handle the matter properly. If however you are to
return your product you have purchased, the customer agrees to pay all
return shipping costs, including a 28% restocking fee, within a matter of
14 days after the customer has received the item. If a customer wishes to
make an exchange or refund, the customer agrees to cover all shipping
costs regardless what type of shipping method is chosen. On special order items, such as custom made products
or JDM item, there are no refunds whatsoever. If however there is a defect
or damage, notify UPS and
istoreparts.com immediately. Upon refund to the
customer, the payment will be credited by our company check or instantly through their original paid credit card. The processing duration will normally take anywhere from approximately 5-10 business days, and the customer will be informed
about the time period it will take to complete the refund. |
